Tina

Tina Mercer

Chief Operating Officer

Tina Mercer joined TFG Financial as Chief Operating Officer in April of 2017. Tina’s emphasis, in concert with the TFG team, is to ensure ongoing excellence in our individuality focused client service as we continue to expand and grow. Prior to joining TFG, Tina enjoyed 25 successful years as a property and casualty reinsurance broker in Dallas, Texas. She also served in the position of Branch Manager for the Southern Region of the U.S. In these positions, she developed intricate reinsurance structures and placed the programs in reinsurance markets around the world. Another important part of her service was to develop brokers and employees to realize their greatest potential. In the most recent years, Tina’s entrepreneurial spirit lead her, in partnership, to the formation of an analytics company that specialized in the analysis of unstructured data.

Warren C. Bradley

Registered Service Assistant

Warren Bradley began his career as a producer at TFG Financial in 2012. During his four years in production, Warren fulfilled the requirements to qualify as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table and New York Life's Executive Council. In 2016 Warren accepted an employment position a TFG Financial as our Director of Client Services. Warren's prior experience as a producer as well as his educational background provides our clients with analyitic and focused attention for their planning needs. Warren resides in Shreveport with his wife, Amber and son, Sawyer. In his spare time he enjoys mounting biking.

Drew

Drew McDonald

Registered Service Assistant

Drew McDonald began his employment with TFG Financial in March of 2014. As a Registered Service Assistant, Drew works closely with the TFG producers to help ensure that our clients receive excellent customer service. Drew helps producers resolve financial questions and services in-force policies for clients. Previously Drew was an agent with New York Life Insurance Company and a valued producer of TFG Financial. Before joining TFG Financial, he worked as a sales and service representative for a local business while obtaining his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in May of 2014. Drew is originally from West Monroe, Louisiana but now resides in New York City with his wife Laura and their two dogs, Lucy and Sally.

Caroline

Beth Elliott

Registered Service Assistant

Beth Elliott has been in the financial service industry since 2012. She joined TFG Financial in September 2016 as a Licensed Service Assistant and Underwriting Coordinator. Beth graduated from LSU Baton Rouge with a B.A. in Political Science. She began her career in the non-profit world with AmeriCorps in outreach, fundraising and grant writing. She later relocated with her husband, Will, to Shreveport. Beth and Will have two girls in elementary school, Sophie and Claire. In her spare time, Beth enjoys cooking for friends and family, gardening, rustic camping, and shuttling her girls around to activities. The Elliotts are LSU Tiger fans and every game is observed with reverence in their home.

Caroline

Caroline Frierson

Administrative Assistant / Marketing Director

Caroline Frierson joined TFG Financial in 2011 as the Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to all producers. Caroline coordinates meetings, travel arrangements, staff events and also assists producers with the state regulatory authorities and New York Life Insurance Company (NYL) compliance requirements. She manages the day to day office operations of both TFG Financial and jweinland Group Benefits, as well as advertising campaigns and design work for TFG Financial and jweinland Group Benefits.  Caroline received her Bachelor’s in Journalism from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA and is fluent in Spanish. Prior to working at TFG, Caroline was a graphic artist and worked in advertising sales. She resides in Shreveport with her husband and their three daughters.

Ramah Norton

Service Manager

Ramah Norton is the group benefits coordinator and business manager of jweinland Group Benefits. Ramah boasts more than 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Prior to joining jweinland Group Benefits, she worked for one of the largest third party administrators in the region for more than 20 years. Her experience as a claims examiner and Client Relations Manager make her skill set truly unique to the industry. Ramah possesses a sharp eye for detail and delivers unparalleled customer service to each of the jweiniland Group Benefits clients. She resides in Shreveport with her husband and has a daughter enrolled at ULM.

Gerrit

Gerrit Moeller

Group Benefits New Business Development

Gerrit Moeller is the Director of New Business Development for Jweinland Group Benefits. Gerrit’s duties include new sales and service. In addition, he is responsible for rounding out your company’s benefit portfolio with quality employee pay-all products. Prior to joining Jweinland Group Benefits, he spent six years with a prominent accounting firm where he served as an Audit Manager. Gerrit is originally from Bastrop, LA and is a graduate of Centenary College where he was a member of the cross country team. He enjoys participating in triathalons and other running events in our area. Gerrit and his wife, Kelly, reside in Shreveport along with their two dogs, Lanny and Lulu.

Group Benefits Coordinator

Dominique McNaight is one of the Group Benefits Coordinators of jweinland Group Benefits. With her years of experience in insurance claim management, coding and policy administration, Dominique plays an important roll in the day to day operation of jweinland Group Benefits. She ensures that your coverage is tailored to your needs and when the time arises, handles claim administration flawlessly. She resides in Shreveport with her husband, son and daughter, and is active in her Church and school functions.

Anna Floyd

Group Benefits Coordinator

Anna Floyd is a group benefits coordinator for Jweinland Group Benefits. Before joining Jweinland Group Benenfits, Anna was responsible for physician credentialing at a large pathology group. She had also worked with our other staff members during their tenures as the health plan third party administrator. Anna possesses strong attention to detail and is driven to provide the best service experience possible. Anna is married and has a son who attends Northwood High School.
